![]() I caught a load of Porgies up in Buzzards Bay on Sunday and Monday.
I have some fillets. Will try some with and without skins. Has anyone ever tried this before? Thanks

![]() with porgies i just scale them and gut them. rub with a mix of olive oil and spices (whatever you want, i use some all spice or something) and put it right on the grill, turn it once, it cooks pretty quick. easy and delicious.
