Question Suggestions for a winter trip

Looking to plan a fishing trip for my brother's bachelor party in December or January. Ideally we would charter a boat that could accommodate about 8 people for a day out on the ocean. Beyond that, I'm not sure. Does anyone have any ideas? We'd be willing to fly, and were talking maybe something in Florida. What's biting in winter that we could go for? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

BTW nothing too extravagant, since most of the attendees are on a budget.

Sailfish Marina, Singer Island, Fl. It's just north of West Palm, you fly into West Palm airport, marina is 15 minute drive. There are great hotels/motels all over the area. Winter time we are catching sails, mahi, king mackeral, mutton and yellowtail snapper. Fishing grounds are 10 minutes from marina . Lots of stuff to do if its too windy to fish. PM me if you need more info.--Rich

For a bachelor party it is hard to beat either Key West or New Orleans.
Fishing in Key West is closer to where you can party and the fishing is great.

KEY WEST wins!

I don't have first hand experience but you may want to check out Amelia Island Fl. It's the very northern part of Fl so very drivable.
