Default Blood worms in raritan bay for stripers?

I'm curious if anyone is using blood worms or have tried them in the bay. I see they are working well in the Hudson River.

very productive - it's a good go to bait if crabs are pecking off the clams.

You can float one a foot or so off the bottom and at least stay in the game.

Do get more shorts though

Caught a few 26" fish on them Sunday - when everyone else was catching blues
