Spring Sharking

We are in the middle of our Spinner Shark Migration, so yesterday I had Emmett Windisch and son Chip out for a little fun. These Spinner sharks average 60 to 100 lbs and we catch them right in the wash on the beach with heavy spinning gear. The are a blast to catch because when hooked up they take off like lightning with lots of jumps and flips. We hooked up two, (no photos, they both pulled hooks right near boat), then we ran offshore to grab some dinner for the guys. Lots of action in just 4 hours !
