![]() My uncle had em in his attic. Find there entry/exit point and have a plan to seal them out once the set out to feed in the evening. Spray foam, wire netting, plywood.
In the fall they usually migrate to warmer clinates so within the next few weeks they should leave. On the up side bats can eat over 1,000 insects a day and feed mostly on mosquitos so loosing the bats you may gain more bugs in the yard. You can alsoninstall a bat box on ypur garage or shed and hope they re locate cause in the spring they will return. I have installed a bat box on my shed this spring but no residents yet. There is a bat in our area that I see from time to time. They can be benificial bug eaters but I can see ypu not wanting them inside your house garage or shed. Good luck.
