Default question raised answer not known

the question i was asked is , if you get a dui. from driving a car , does it continue on to your boating cert. i know it is the other way around if you get a dui on boat it transfers over to your drivers license .

everything ive seen thus far is only trnasfer to driver lic.

I've heard it goes both ways because you are operating a vehicle under the influence.

I'm pretty sure you can still operate a boat.

If you lose your drivers license for DUI, you're not able to operate a boat in NJ waters, and the NJ State Police Marine Division will lock you up
