Tech Help
Does anyone know if it is possible to transfer wave points from a Garmin 4212 to a Raymarine C120w ? The Garmin is a SD card and the Raymarine is a CF card. Or if there is a tech that will do it on the boat. Thanks.

Re: Tech Help
Even if you could manage to get the way points on an CF card to physically fit in your Raymarine unit, pretty sure the garmin and raymarine waypoint formatting is totally different so you cant make a straight transfer from the CF card.

Re: Tech Help
Don't have a boat and haven't had to manage GPS data. Based off of a quick 10 minute search I think the program below should work. The help file on the programs look useful but can't test it without data.
You have to download GPS Utility Standard first and import all of your data. http://www.gpsu.co.uk/download.html#gpsubfc You want to use GPSU Batch File Converter Utility to convert it to raymarine format. This was recommended from http://www.thehulltruth.com/marine-e...er-import.html Hope this helps |
