I was in the bait shop less than an hour ago, and the guy told me people were catching big sand sharks off of LBI in the surf like crazy.

Sharks are definitely still around. All I hear about is sightings and fish being hooked up. All reports I hear are boats sailing from between manasquan and sandy hook. I don't know anyone who fishes south of there. If I could get off work tomorrow that's what I'd be doing. Good luck.
