Mad gaffer open boat report 6/28
Today we hosted an open boat sea bass and ling trip. The boys were rewarded with fantastic fishing. Again we put the measuring stick away and were keeping only jumbo bass. The quality and quantity of the ling mixed in was excellent with many going 3+ lbs. we also hooked 150 is thresher but the sea bass hooks were no match and after a couple jumps and runs across the surface they straightened. At least it was a good show. We will be running open this week for bottom fish Tuesday Wednesday and Friday. Thursday we will be running limited open boat (6 guys) for sharks.
