Default Fishermen/Mon. nite fishing

Last nite was our first striper trip of the upcoming season and we only caught a half a dozen bass with a 30 inch fish the biggest. There was no current and with this type of fishing you have to drift. I read more fish but no movement helped the porgies and croakers attack the baits. We will try again next week and in a couple of weeks or more we will be bass fishing every nite. If you want to catch porgies and croakers, tonite looks great. I read more bottom fish last nite than all year. It should be a slaughter, Ihope. The Tue. nite crowds are slim so come on down, we will be sailing at 6;30. For info 908-930-2335.
