HRFA surf fishing tournament in Seaside Park on October 26th

Just worked a deal with the Windjammer Motor Lodge in Seaside Park. Joe, the owner and manager has agreed to give away a $10.00 gift certificate to all of the registered participants whom return for the awards ceremony at the 12th Annual HRFA surf fishing tournament in Seaside Park on October 26th. This loyal sponsor of many years of ours has always given all participants a great rate for a room stay on that weekend. Now he has given us even more with this $10.00 certificate to be used within one year after October 26th, 2013. Thank you Joe and his team at the Windjammer for their support in this event. Remember, he has a nice bar upstairs that he keeps open for an extra hour so the night before with happy hour treats. And, he is just a few (walking) blocks from the registration and awards ceremony halls. Also, we expect to have complimentary issues of the Fisherman Magazine on hand for all. Plus a lot more...

I have now putting flyers/applications into the local shops throughout New Jersey, New York and PA. Seaside Park and LBI have them now. More to come in the near future. But, you can get one directly from me at cfishigotu@aol.com and I can send you one directly, via PDF. This tournament is for Teams (up to six anglers) or individuals. There is 4x4 day access pass granted by the town of Seaside Park for the event for a small fee.

Also, don't forget this year there is a new contest with Guides Choice Lures through all of the ASAC tournaments, including this one. All you need to do is register with Captain Frank and catch a score able fish (ASAC rules apply) and be eligible for a grand prize at the end of the year! Updated picture of the tournament lures as they are approaching completion for the HRFA surf fishing tournament on October 26th in Seaside Park. Custom made by Strategic Angler Custom Lures, we have added more prize categories for the surf fishing tournament. For both the largest legal Striped Bass and the Largest Bluefish landed in the tournament by length one of these lures will be awarded to each of these winners. In addition to those prizes, Strategic Lures is creating a custom lure for the one angler who lands the most fish points during the tournament. These lures will have a value of approximately $100.00 each and it does not matter if you are an individual or on a team to be eligible. All you need to be is registered for the tournament and catch fish. A tie breaker will be the girth of the fish. ASAC rules apply.
