8 White Marlin C&R

Headed out of Oregon Inlet with Brad B. (lotsobitesbb) and a few others for a make up charter last monday, 08-19, on the sea breeze. we headed about 50 miles out and the life out there was amazing, with billfish cutting across the top destroying bait fish.

We ended up bringing 8 white marlin to the back of the boat before releasing them. on our way in we literally passed a 4' long floating 2x6 and found hundreds of mahi beneath it to bring home some meat.

it was an amazing day of fishing, thanks to all for their advice in helping us put this trip together. special thanks to brad, it was nice to get out with a fellow njfisher, even though most of the time we were out there we were tALking about bucktailing fluke LOL
