![]() Wind kept us inside today. Picked at the fluke and caught some nice size blowfish. Cleaned them up just curious if anyone could recommend how to prepare?

They are great eating fish. Dip in egg batter and deep fry or use just flour in olive oil. Blow fish are phenomenal table fare. Did you get them in Sandy Hook or Barnegat Bay? Dakota |

![]() Perfect wind and tide for the first 2 hours this morning in the Barnegat Bay. Drifted just inside the no wake bouy, near the condos which pushed us through the low water to the top of the dike. 12 or so shorts and a load of puffers, the four we kept were 10 inches each. Wind kept 90% of the boats inside, pretty crowded.
Thanks all for chiming in... Tight Lines. |
