Default FISHERMEN/Saturdays fishing Report....

Finally a nice showing of customers, weather was great, no rain, all perfect with one exception...The fishing wasn't up to par today!

Didn't have a fast drift but with a little wind against the tide the current still was running hard, causing major tangles. We did pick away on some shorts and keepers, a couple very nice keepers including another 6 pound pool fish, but not what I would call good fishing.

Got through slack and the change hoping the bite would turn on, we caught a few then it was back to a 2 knot drift! Good thing I quit drinking, although I may have to start again after today's disappointment.

Capt. Dan has had excellent fishing for Croakers and Porgies the past few nights, good family fun and excellent eating fish. Weather looks great to come take advantage of a fantastic fishery!!

Capt.Ron
