Thumbs up Raritan river TV show tonite @ 10:00 pm :

Don't forget to turn your televisions to NJTV this evening at 10:00 pm for NJTV's premiere showing of Reimagining Our Watershed: A Renaissance on the Raritan. This film was produced in 2012, by the Sustainable Raritan River Initiative and the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers, and with the generous support of the Cape Branch Foundation. The award-winning Rutgers iTV Studio provided production services. Visit www.njtvonline.org for broadcast information and for other airdates.

Enjoy!

Sara

Thanks for the info. I watched "Rescuing the River: The Raritan" in early July. It was very interesting, though I felt it focused a lot on companies involved in pollution/dumping over the years, and efforts like Superfund legislation to get companies to take responsibility and help clean up sites. Not as much focus on the river as I would have liked. That said, it was well worth watching and I have it DVR'ed.

I watched it and found it moderately interesting. Be prepared to wade through plenty of PR to get to real facts about the river.
