Miss Belmar phenomenal blue fishing!

This morning, as well as over the weekend, we had phenomenal fishing at the hills East of our inlet. There were plenty of readings and at times there were fish on top. Everyone was able to catch all they wanted on jigs and teasers. The blues ranged anywhere from 2-4 lbs. For everyone that keeps asking me when to come out fishing, now is definitely the time to come! Our weekend pool winners were Jose, Rodriguez from Paterson, NJ and James Rizzo from Levittown, PA. Today’s pool winner was Robert House from Hallstead, PA.

Friday night we continued to have excellent blue fishing! We headed out with a nice crowd and it was a short ride to the fishing grounds. From the moment we stopped until we headed home we caught blues from 1-2 lbs all around the boat. Our pool winner was a 2.8 lb blue.

Saturday night, we headed out and the readings were all scattered. Every time we stopped we caught some fish and it started to look good, then it would dwindle down to a pick. Our pool winner was a 2 lb blue.

Sailing daily from 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. & again from 7:30 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.
