6-19-13 Gusty north winds this morning gave the ocean a nice chop..Not bad but enough to make the drift really fast..Needless to say it was tough fishing this morning..Not much bites when we were drifting at over 2 knots..Eventually the wind did die down and the ocean got really nice and so did the fishing..Second half of the day we picked away at the fluke,,,nothing really large but keepers were mixed in with the shorts and a couple of nice sea bass here and there as well...Overall I was happy with the fish we caught at the end of the day...Shaping up to be real nice the next couple of days and the conditions look real good as well with only light winds..The guys jigging today did I think better but guys caught dragging baits as well...See ya tomorrow....
