Ocean Explorer Fluke
6-9-13 We started back up with the fluke today,,real nice ocean conditions with almost no wind but we did have the current which drifted us along nicely..I was happy with the catching to,,the nets were moving almost immediately today,,some real quality fish as you can see in the pics below..Few fish in the 5lb.range and the biggest of the day had to go about 10 lbs....We slowly picked at em all morning,,quite a few just miss fish with keepers mixed in..Few sea bass as well..Then after lunch the breeze picked up and it went completely dead but before that I was happy with the fishing,,looking forward to going back tomorrow...Just a chance of rain late in the day it looks good!!,see ya then...pics..Oh most of the bigger fish were taken on the jigs,,,but we also caught some on dragging baits...
