Default Raritan Bay is Hot!

A new body of stripers moved in .Real good fishing. The run just keeps getting better.Morning or afternoon it does not matter. Some bigger fish in the low 20 lb range are chewing .Yesterday in the afternoon they bit on everything from lures to bunker.Time to go.Going to be a good old fashioned run.20 min run and lines in!

Agreed! I love the 5 min run from Keyport. Although, I do prefer the Ocean jiggin' compared to clamming and trolling plugs. I'm sure live-lining bunkers will be an option any day now.

Live lining is my favorite also. Some fish were caught over the weekend on livies in the bay.It only gets better and the bass get bigger.Loks like a real nice body of fish came in.

Hey Sal,

Does that 20 minute run include the Keyport Harbor no wake area? SWEET!
