Default Any Striper or Flounder Reports from Highlands

I really don't want to let this season go without catching a few flounder and then switching to stripers I guess

No highlands reports So we joined the fleet at 11a and saw half a dozen bass landed after 1:00 or so and we set up for bass and dropped three

I also tried my hardest for flounder in 20 and 15' including special chum and bathroom plunger but only 4 skates and a robin

No flounder taps on bass rigs either

Bass seemed to turn off around 4:00

Great day t shirt day on the water

Also saw bass caught in AM supposedly caught under birds jigging by military pier
