Arrow SPRUCE RUN?? and BUDD LAKE

Hey i've out on budd lake since 8 am this morning with about 9 inches of ice..... only had a couple bites (nothing too big )...... a lot of people around me were catching some white perch but thats about it..... I was planning on going out again tomorrow morning at Spruce Run but was skeptical about safe ice because its such a big lake anyone know anything about it?

Went buy it mid week and a lot of open water. It didn't look as it would be good to fish. How it is now would just be a guess.

/QUOTE] I hate the place! Very shallow and slow fishing. Lots of small stunted fish. There are much more productive lakes to fish. In fact, they all are better.
