wed on the po

had a couple of hours to kill so decided to hit the po. tried the usual spots. first spot nada, but did see a lone rainbow hanging in the current. second spot- caught a nice rainbow- saw him actually follow the lure, missed at it but came around and got it on his second try- then i got him . final spot hooked into a nice thick brookie on the first cast. he was very deep in body and fought well in the current. funny thing is he literally hit 3 feet infront of me. not a bad day on the water. both trout caught on spinner. both trout released to fight another day.
