![]() i was next door yesterday am. they bit good but water level was lowest Ive seen. Barely got my boat off the trailer had to push it off. water was murky bright colors were best. Firetiger flickr shad was killing w the troll

![]() How far back do you troll those cranks and what depth do you think they run at. What is the advertised depth, ie is it a deep 10-12 ft, etc. I've trolled a 8-12 ft jointed shad rap a few times up that way...never any takes.

![]() I use real small line counters that double as downrigger rods for trout. I usually pull them behind planer boards. Lately the berkely flickr shads have been hotter than shad raps. I like size 7 in each best. Ive had some luck w the jointed shadraps in clearer water in natural silvers and perch etc. but stained water bright works best, firetiger was one after the other. I go 80-100 behind the board gets down to 11-12 feet, same w shad raps. Rod tip height plays into it I have them horizontal on the gunnels so its 1-2 feet off the water. If they are straight up in your boat u wanna go 125 or maybe more
