I was on the Passaic earlier this year and my friend and I watched a mother duck have all 4 of her ducklings taken under within a span of about 90 seconds. One got snatched the the rest panicked and took off up stream and one by one they all disappeared. Kinda sad to watch but cool in a way to be able to watch nature up close like that
