I have never been skunked at Monksville aka skunksville.... Top water rapalas and T-rigged weightless senkos have always produced regardless of conditions..... Early morning top water always produces, especially in the timber area..... good luck...

Fished for about 2 hours and got SKUNKED!! But at least it was a nice night on the water. I'll have to give it another try soon............

What launch did you leave from? What areas did you target?

Like was said above, almost all my fish have come on topwater rapalas or senkos.

Well, nothing's changed and it lived up to its' name once again!!...lol

Launched from the south launch. Headed under the nearby bridge and fished the timber area off to the left. Tried a few diff presentations, nothin. Couldn't even get a bite on shiners. Woulda fished all night but had to leave. I'm goin back soon.....
