The soaker today was the catalyst that offered up the best day of the season for me.
Trout responded 100% & I landed over twenty , missed half asmany due to non aggressive hits! Keep my bib bow week in facts, with two today over 17"!
That makes 7 in four trips between 16'& 21"', all bOws!
Great week , with the water rising fast , I got my drift back so now less lure changes necessary.
Began to take several out of riff & pockets w/o the spooking issue. Water began to lightly stain when I left about 4:30'tonite!
Bad water jacket soaked my arms , so left earlier than planned.
Can't wait to get out tommorrow with a jacket that will keep me dry!
Gonna be a grat week' to chase trout!!
