Default Pemberton Lake 9/13

Hit Pemberton Lake yesterday evening. My dad had done a recon trip on Monday and had good results. We got on the water at 5:30 pm. We worked the entire lake and had a solid mixed bag. We got off the water at 7:45 pm. We had 41 bass, crappie, and sunfish. Everything was on the dinky side but there was plenty of action. The water was coffee colored but did not seem to discourage the fish. A very good evening of fishing, especially considering we almost gave up on the lake permanently. Gonna be back at it Friday afternoon, probaly Pemberton again since we won't have much time to fish.

Thanks. 4" wacky rigged Yum Dingers in cajun neon picked up up a bunch of dinks along the shoreline and to my absolute suprise, a crappie. Mr. Twisters rigged on 1/16 oz. jigheads picked up a mix of bass, crappie, and sunfish. My dad threw a rapala and a Mr. Twister on Monday. We were fishing from the "boat" .
