Default Baked Cod

Debone the fillets.

on a sheet pan, lay down some foil. Lightly butter it. Put fillets on top and season the fillets with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Then heavily sprinkle with the following mixture:

Ritz Crackers (crush them to size of big bread crumbs)
melted butter (enough to moisten the crumbs)
chopped fresh parsley
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper

Sorry I don't measure . Mix it all together and put on top of the fillets.

Bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour depending on thickness of fillets.

Enjoy!
