Default Seafood Bisque

i made this earlier and have eaten 5 bowls already its awesome!
ingredients
1 stick of butter
3 chopped green onions
2 cups fish stock
flour
2-3 cups milk
black pepper
1 can tomato paste
2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 can white crab meat
2 packages imitation lobster or crab meat
1 package frozen scallops
5 -6 fillets of ocean pout. for those of you who are to uppity for pout tog or cod will work
1 bottle sherry

first boil scallops take out let cool and chop them down
do the same to fish fillets

Heat butter over medium-low heat; add green onion Saute until tender. Blend in stock and flour; stir Slowly stir in the milk, cooking and stirring until thickened.add flour as needed but be sure to stir thoroughly so it does not clump up.add cans of crab meat, stir. Add pepper, tomato paste, and heavy cream.stir. Stir in the other seafood and sherry.add sherry to taste i used 3/4 of a bottle in mine but i was making a big pot. Bring to a simmer stirring occasionally. Serve hot.

DELICIOUS!
