MISS BELMAR PRINCESS

Saturday morning, we had great sea bass fishing. We had nice, long drifts on the mussel beds and rubble. There were limits all around the boat along with some ling in the mix. It was a great day overall with beautiful weather to top it off! Our pool winner was Adrian Soto from Bergenfield NJ.

Saturday afternoon, the weather changed and made a bit of an impact on the fishing. We still managed a decent catch of sea bass, and some even caught their limits, but the strong south east wind made it difficult to drift which made the fishing tough. Even so, just about everyone caught a few sea bass to take home for dinner! Our pool winner winner was a tie between Caleb Horan and Lyack Hussain.

Sunday morning, we continued to fish the mussel beds and rubble. We picked away on all drifts but you had to work at it today. We had a mixed size of sea bass and there were limits all around the boat. We also had a few ling in the mix.

Sunday afternoon, it was very slow and very rough. We picked away at sea bass and were back by 8:00 p.m. Our pool winner was Joe Sklar.

Saturday morning, we had pretty good, steady fishing all morning. It was a nice steady pick with everyone catching some nice big sea bass and some ling. Our pool winner was Chris Swirut from Scotch Plains, NJ.

The Miss Belmar Princess is sailing daily for stripers and blues from 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. and every weekend for fluke and sea bass from 4:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

The Royal Miss Belmar is sailing daily for fluke and sea bass from 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and has whale watching trips every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
