PB Striper... twice!
I was invited out on a Charter this week on the Tagged Fish and jumped at the opportunity. I have never really fished for stripers from a boat as I've always been more of a surf guy, but my soon to be father-in-law asked me to hop on and I couldn't say no! And what a day it was. Birds, blitzes, bass, blues, the whole kit n kaboodle. At the first drop we immediately were on the fish and just kept chipping away at them for hours. I hooked into a nice fish early on, my new PB:
 Shortly after that, I hooked into a real drag ripper and the fight was on. 10 minutes later, i had broken my PB for the second time:   My father-in-law ended up with the biggest of the day, also his PB!  No real measurements for these bigguns as we wanted to get them back swimming as quickly as possible. The Captain and crew of the Tagged Fish were awesome and I can't thank them enough for one of the best fishing days I've had in a long time! Tight lines and I hope everyone gets out there for some fall run action!
