MISS BELMAR PRINCESS

Yesterday afternoon, we had tough fishing. It was most likely due to the crazy weather we had all day. We fished a bunch of different areas and you really had to work hard to put a catch together. In the end, everyone caught a few sea bass and some ling. We did have more shorts than keepers tonight. On the way out we did see a young humpback whale make a few dives close to the boat which is always so fun to see! Our pool winner was Stephanie Rutter from Hatboro, PA.

This morning, we picked away at blues and mackerel. It didn’t last long and fishing was slow. We were able to pick at small blues and mackerel for a couple of drifts and then we tried bottom fishing for sea bass and ling the last half of the day. We had great readings, however, it was slow also. They just didn’t bite like we read them on the scope. Our pool winner was Ryan Smith.

ROYAL MISS BELMAR

Today, it was a beautiful day with flat seas and the wind was calm. We read the fish really good, however, we picked away at sea bass, fluke and ling all day. On the way home we saw 5 WHALES and stopped for an extra hour so that we could watch them feed on top. What a perfect way to end the day! Our pool winner was Mike Gawryluk from Woodbridge.
