Clamming Barnegat Bay
Hit Barnegat Bay this morning for clams. My feet were in the water by 0530 and was out by 0900 before the HUGE crowds came in. Good thing i did, traffic backed up from IBSP to the route 37 bridge, total stand still. Got a nice haul of clams, 3 dozen. Had roasted clams on the grill basted with garlic butter. Was a great day, had the bay pretty much to myself up until when i left.
