Usually around this time of year a lot of people are complaining about the Charter Boats killing all the stripers and taking pictures. Now the pictures are private boaters? They will say we over fished them no matter what!

fishing everday I can have my boat in keport not a lot of boats out weekends yeah but not like last year the striped bass will win this spring have caught some nice fish any tips capt sal

If you feel you need to brag about your catch when our best charter and party boat captains are getting it stuck up their ass right now,,,,shame on you.
All these guys bust their ass to give us the best they can out on the water and have to wait for the Leprechaun (Murphy) to get a clue.
Spend your time telling "the Man" to stop politicizing this pandemic instead of thinking about yourselves !!! SOCIAL DISTANCE and fish !!!!

Everyone is welcome to post reports here Duff. I think Sal’s point it 2 fold.
1) We’ve had a lot of people on here complaining about people, both charter and private keeping fish.
2) Even though all the charter boats were tied to the dock in the middle of the spring run we’ll likely be told we overfished

Lastly I don’t care who says what. My board my rules 😜

I enjoy both. I hope that when I post it's more informative then "bragging." I will tell you what I used, what color, depth, area etc... To me that's a lot more helpful then a photo of a ton of fish and the back of the image is photo shopped out!! I also understand this is a major advertising platform but i think everyone has the right to post their results good or bad.
