Default Question for capt Rich

Capt Rich My name is george I used to work on the Sea Fox and the Teal for capt Danny and in the winter I fished nearly every cod trip the J2 did all winter. I moved to florida 23 years and got a small business . We did nothing but troll for the first 4 years looking for bottom and accumulated quite the book of# and I got a lot of help from local capts and commercials. Sorry for rambling but the baits in you pic is that strips of blackfin.bonito or skipjack Got this red grouper in 65ft water offshore of the launch pads on a new piece of bottom. we spent the next week out there and found at least a dozen spots that held big ones like this

Very nice fish there George ! We slab out the bonita (actually false albie/little tunny) thin it out and salt them. Then we cut the troll strips a day or two later. Any questions feel free to call me 609-870-4592.--Rich
