Dogs vs Boats!
Went fishing yesterday (Sat) in search of Sea Bass and all I found was a mob of boats everywhere I went and spiny dogfish anywhere from 90ft to 30ft. Every single drop from the Farms to SBR to the Mud Buoy and all places in between. On an up note there where Bluefin Tuna chasing bait out by the 90ft line. I haven't seen this many BFs in years. Some guys back at the marina had some big stripers so they are around. Tight lines!

I am sure we passed paths yesterday with the same results, plenty of K-9s and only one keeper blackfish to show for our efforts.
We did have a ocean sunfish come by the boat and saw several whales feeding on bunker. I promised my wife fish for dinner and lucky for me a friend dropped off some fresh sword fish steaks to save the day.  Last edited by Rocky; 10-20-2019 at 02:28 PM..
