Default FISHERMEN/Saturdays Fishing Report

What was supposed to be a beautiful day turned into a Butt kicking once again!

Supposed to have a lite SW breeze today which turned into 20 knots out of the South. Against that hard outgoing we have had all week the conditions went to crap real fast. Fished several drops inshore without any life.

The only bite we did find was offshore and was limited to a handful of Porgies, way too many Sea Bass, 7 Fluke and a bunch of Macs. This Sea bass closer is BS!! Customers could have went home with a nice meal but to close it down like this for a couple weeks makes me want to puke everyday!!

You can bet your butt that when it opens on the 8th, those beauties will be 40 miles offshore. Back to searching once again tomorrow. Once I stop rocking, it's gonna be time for a cocktail!!!

Capt. Ron

Our government supposed to be helping its citizens but the crew from conservation is not on board.

They are treated far too well with salary, vacations and pensions so they just stop caring about us and become enemies of the people.

Time to regulate the regulators....we are doing it but we need to keep it up until the job is done.
