Default Canyon or so help

Wednesday looks good for an offshore run. I have two options. #1. head out to the Chicken and do my thing, or # 2. Head east to the Canyon area. My question for everyone is. Where should I go to for trolling for yellows? I hear 20 miles in is active but where? Texas Tower? Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Bryan

Canyon is pretty dead aside from white marlin and an occasional big eye. I would aim for chicken canyon / triple wreck area for some yellowfin

Yep I think you're much better off short of the Canyon for now... Make sure and bring some jigs and surface poppers too.... Seems to be the preferred method right now...
