LBI for a week or surf/jetty
Spent a week's vacation at a rental North Beach
Never seen more snappers in the wash........ Clear water made them visible. WOW! everywhere feeding on spearing/rainfish Livelined quite a few for some fluke and bluefish bites All the blackfish you can catch at Barnegat light, mostly 13-15" but managed a few keepers each day up to 20" Also caught a few triggers and even a sheepshead on crabs Kingfish came and went. One day you can easily catch 20 then catch zero the next 1/2 day tourist boat catching like 6 keepers a trip. I caught a huge seabass one day and a 20" fluke another Never saw my family much... I wonder how their week went All I did was fish all day
