Obsession Thursday Fluking
Snuck out after work on Thursday with Art and Jeff. I wasn't expecting much because of all the recent rain but the bay was surprisingly in good shape and I needed to get out of the house.
Stayed local, found a patch of fish close, lost the drift and tried a few other spots to no avail as the conditions for drifting sucked... In certain places it was way too fast and in others we just spun in circles. Decided to go back to the scene of the crime and although the conditions weren't any better there, I knew there were fish there so we power drifted the area and picked up a few more. I didn't fish since I played Captain but Art did well and Jeff, well lets just say he too enjoyed a nice afternoon on the water. All fish were on Bucktails and gulp. We had 4 keepers the biggest was 25 inches and we had a bunch or shorts too...
