![]() Left our slip at Atlantic Highlands Harbor at 7 AM to prowl the waters of Sandy Hook Bay looking for our favorite flatfish. Spotty rain, a light breeze, cloudy and cool changing to no wind, hot and humid. One keeper Fluke @ 19” for Tom, none for me but large Sand Sharks,Clear nose Skates and many short Fluke.
We fished the white buoys off the Ammo Pier, near the Sandy Hook Channel, the #1 Can at the Point Of Hook, Shrewsbury Channel, and the Breakwater at the Harbor. Cold, clear water wherever we went. In at noon. Pete
