Default Is Pompton Lake Closed for Trout?

I don't find the 2018 Summary clear on this. Does anyone know if Pompton Lake is closed until Opening Day?

The way I read it is Potash Lake and up river is trout stocked. So I assumed stay down river from the Doty Rd. Bridge. I fished it Sunday launching from the main ramp by the remediation area and didn’t notice any stocking signs. Water was in the low 40’s. There was another boat fishing also.
The Pompton River downstream from the dam is trout stocked.
