Default Best place to get spooled for tuna?

Can anyone suggest the best shop to spool a Stella 18000SW? I can probably do it myself, but want it done with hollow core and spliced.

Another option would be solid braid. You can use regular braid and just tie a bimini twist then cats paw a wind-on setup. And gain a little line capacity. Tied correctly close to 100% breaking strength.

Using straight hollow core , if you main line happens to part for some reason, its little tough to thread in a new topshot with a needle and wax line at sea on a rocking boat.

Both setups would work just wanted to throw out that option.
