What about his boats ? They keep fishing , illegally u can bet ur A on that ! They oughta impound all of them , perhaps make a new reef .
That scum bag is probably a contributing factor to shutting down GOM cod fishing , that POS shouldn't be allowed to run any entities that have anything to do with commercial fishing .
