Default Speaking of Keitechs

Seems like the majority of the posts in the 'bait and tackle' section are saltwater related so I'm posting this here.

What color/size/style/technique keitechs has everyone had success with?

The 4" sexy shad paddletail has always been my preference on a trokkar jig head as a swimbait and chatter/spinnerbait trailer for the raritan and canal on an unencumbered steady retrieve. I haven't had a lot of success with the fat impact (gold flash minnow). I recently picked up 4" blacks (for overcast days in the canal), 3.5" bluegill flashs (instead of biting off the heads of 4's when they're short striking), and 4.5" sight flashs for larger presentations.

I used to throw out the short strike bitten off paddletails but I realized they'd work on ned rigs and splitting the remaining tail works for flutter presentations.
