Default perch,crappie and a larry

fished saturday morning at the cong and had plenty of yellow perch.they wanted
both the jig and small husky jerks.it was a good steady pick of mixed size perch.
could have had a limit but released all to grow.sunday i fished with the president
and we set out for crappie.after checking a few spots we found them and had real good fishing.ice badger stopped by and the three of us were catching pretty steady for a hour two.the jig was the go too but the pres did catch a few on the husky jerk.kept a few slabs for the table and released a bunch.

Hit the puddle after work and had a steady pick of small male yellow perch while the sun was up on rapalas and jigs.

Once the sun went behind the hill the lake came alive with nonstop action of bigger fish. Almost had the panfish slam just missing the sunfish. I did manage 2 Lake Hopatcong tarpon on the jig. Sorry icemusky didn't pickle them.

Had the crap scared out of me when this furry rock started chewing on a tree branch 25' from me.

Video

Everything is coming alive. Get out there!

All fish released to do their thing to create the next generation and for others to enjoy.
