Thumbs up Navesink fluke

At the start of the outbound tide this morning got 4 keepers and a lot of shorts some of which were quite thick at the east end of the Navesink. Chartreuse gulp combined with big killies did the trick. Lots of crabs both blue claw and calico were bait hungry also.

Wow - I remember an old timer telling me that fluke will come back in with coastal storms and that winter flounder will go back out deep with coastal storms
