Awesome Family Bottom Fishing Trip on the Last Lady
Many thanks to those who recommended Capt Ralph and the Last Lady for a family friendly fishing trip. We took out 4 kids (4, 7, 7 and 9 yo), Grandma and PopPop along with 4 other adults for PopPop's birthday.
The boat was clean and great for the women, Capt Ralph and Nick were awesome teaching the kids how to fish and were great with the adults as well as they worked to put us on the fish. We hit a number of snags and started out really strong with a number of double header sea bass. Things slowed down and Capt Ralph worked to put us over a few other wrecks working to get us more fish in the box. We ended the day with 12 sea bass a bunch of ling and 3-4X that in throw backs. It kept the kids active and the adults smiling. It was a great trip overall. Kudos to Capt Ralph and Nick on a great family friendly trip. JM
