Reel Class PM Bass to 46#!
Had Rich and crew from Kansas City aboard for a PM bass trip.
Bait was tough till we got further up the line, but then had no trouble snagging and dropping around some pods - just no bites. Took a little ride offshore and found readings and put the spoons in. Maybe 5 minutes later Rich is hooked up to a beast and after a 10 minute battle he put a beautiful 46# bass in the boat on a chartreuse maja... No more bites on the troll - saw some fish up on top but they were moving very fast..
Back inside to the pods, we got one more fish as Aidan hooked into a nice 25# fish on a livie...
Found some small bluefish on the way home and got a couple to eat poppers for the guys...
Just 2 bass for us, but the 46# was a beast and made for a great evening!
