What goes on these

Another mystery base and I have no idea what would get attached here. Any ideas what went here? There's another set behind the other helm chair.

I had these on my sport fisher, they were for a small ladder to attach to.

I've never had them. But could be a foot rest. Just a guess here.

Ive seen them used for jump seats, the back of the seat fits in the keyway and it has foldable legs in front to support it. They are also used for footrests, ladders, and anything removable in older boats, havent seen them ever in the last 5+ years anymore in boats

Thanks. Looks like Moeller still makes the seats but I wouldnt put any real weight on them. Looks like they'd fold worse than the Jets
